DAkkS calibration certificate for one calibration point between -50°C and 100°C
To use our products as test equipment in quality-relevant fields of application (ISO 9000), regular calibration is necessary. In cooperation with a DAkkS accredited partner laboratory, we offer internationally accepted calibration certificates as accessory.
Within this calibration process, the measurement deviation is determined in a standardized procedure and, along with other information, documented in a calibration certificate.
The reference value, which is used to find our the deviation, is traceable to Germany's national standards, set by the German National Metrology Institute.
The German accreditation body DAkkS
DAkkS examines and evaluates conformity assessment bodies and testing/calibration laboratories. It can be compared to the British UKAS or the American A2LA. An issued accreditation stands for professional qualification and standards compliance.
Accredited calibration vs. Factory-/ISO-calibration
For accredited calibration, the reference value at the calibration laboratory can be directly traced back to the national standard. This calibration type is internationally accepted and makes it possible to use test equipment not only in quality-relevant fields of application, but also everywhere, where special requirements and a certain accuracy of calibration need to be met.
An ISO- or factory-calibration is part of a company's internal test equipment management system. If an internal calibration laboratory has an own standard, calibration can be cheaper, as I can be done internally. As we cooperate with an accredited laboratory, there are no significant savings possible. This, we only offer accredited calibration.
Individual calibration options
Not in every use case 1-point calibration is suitable. For individual calibration options, e. g. over three calibration points between -190°C and 100°C, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
