DIN rail monitoring with LAN and LTE backup

The Perseus Industrial 315 connects sensors, meters and digital signals to a networked monitoring and control platform. This DIN rail device provides five digital inputs with S0 counters, two relay outputs, two RJ11 sensor ports for 1-Wire/1-Wire UNI, and RS-485 with Modbus RTU. Water-leak monitoring supports one WLD-L zone with leak location or alternatively two WLD zones for Type A/B sensing cables. The Meters API also integrates readings from other network devices. Local conditions, Lua scripts and schedules support on-site evaluation and control. Open interfaces include SNMP, XML, Modbus/TCP, MQTT and BACnet. An integrated LTE modem provides backup connectivity to the portal and SMS/call alerts. It can also act as an SMS gateway for other HW group devices. According to the manufacturer’s datasheet, power is supplied at 12–30 V DC, through the 48 V input, or by PoE. Power adapter, sensors, LTE antenna and SIM card are not included with this device-only version.
