In recent years, the manufacturer Teracom has provided a free service for sending alarm messages for the TCW122B and TCW181B device series. For technical reasons, this email service had to be discontinued as of March 1, 2024. All users have been informed of this for some time in all emails through this service.
An alternative is now available, but can only be used with a new firmware version 4.0. As always, you can find the latest firmware on the manufacturer's product pages. Further alternatives for sending e-mails are explained in the following blog:
