egnite: Ethernut Alu Box 1

The alu box 1 is prepared for mounting Ethernut 1 or Ethernut 2 boards.
The bottom case has 4 holes for mounting the board and the back plate has 3 cut-outs for the RJ-45, DC and D-Sub connectors.

Mounting guide:

Start mounting the PCB on the bottom cover, using the 4 longer screws, 4 spacers and 4 nuts. Note, that the distance of the mounting holes from the edge of the bottom cover differs. The holes that are closer to the edge are for the connector side of the board. Do not fasten the nuts too tightly, the PCB should be slightly movable. Now fasten the top case with 2 screws at the back plate. Next remove the 2 bolts from the D-Sub connector and fasten the back plate, using 2 of the shorter screws and D-Sub connector bolts. When everything fits well, you can completely fasten the PCB. Finally add the front plate with the remaining 4 screws and stick the self-adhesive rubber feet at the enclosure's bottom.
