Monitoring solutions for server rooms and infrastructure. Monitoring systems are applied when a large number of different parameters needs to be monitored simultaneously. In addition to tracking temperature and humidity values, these systems also monitor door statuses, vibration, currents, water leaks and more parameters. If critical values are recorded or any failures occur, the systems send alert notifications via SNMP trap, email or SMS, if a GSM modem is applied. SNMP makes it simple to integrate the devices into network management systems such as Nagios, OpenNMS or Zabbix. Many monitoring systems feature digital inputs or offer the option of adding such inputs. Furthermore, network relays can be used to switch other devices remotely in the case of alerts. The option of modular extension makes it possible to increase the number of sensor inputs, as well as the range of their functions.
